Tucked in at the back of our property and surrounded by forest is our Little Island Homestead sawmill. Here, we mill up saw logs into lumber and slabs of all dimensions. We also offer custom milling at a discount for any saw logs supplied by the customer. Rough-sawn lumber is an affordable and local alternative to the often overpriced and low quality lumber sold in box stores, and we ourselves have enjoyed building all sorts of structures with lumber harvested and milled on our property.
